Mr. Joe Steil
Joe retired from the US Air Force in 1998 after a 25-1/2 year career. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and his Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Joe is a member of many veterans organizations including the American Legion, 40&8, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), and Military Officers of America Association (MOAA). He is also serving the Cerebral Palsy Commission which oversees the JD McCarty Center for Children With Developmental Disabilities since his appointment by Gov. Mary Fallin in 2011.
Joe has served as President of the Board of Directors since the transition from the American Legion Home to Marland Children’s Home in 2011.
